Dragon Pearls is a rare Oolong prepared in the mountains of Formosa. It blends a lightly fermented (30%) green Oolong with powdered Ginseng. Tea leaves are mixed in with Ginseng powder then delicately heated with steam. This method gives the leaves the stunning appearance of emerald green pearls. In the cup, the infusion reveals a deep liquor with grassy, sweet and slightly spicy notes. A must-taste tea for any time.
