Matcha is a green tea powder from Japan. This variety is meant for cooking and baking (cakes, sorbets, financiers…), and brings preparations a typical Japanese touch with its intense marine flavour and bright green colour. Our Matcha de Cuisine is also recommended for beginners meaning to try grand cru Matcha in a Chanoyu tea ceremony. Produced in Aichi in the Shubu region on the main island of Honshu. 50g conditioning.
