A great, rare yellow tea from China with vegetal, woody notes.
A rare tea, exclusively grown on the slopes of the Chinese Sechuan mountains, that takes its name from the colour of the infusion as well as the sheen of its leaves. This tea undergoes a unique oxidation process because it dries entirely naturally: the tea leaves are wrapped in damp paper and left in the sun. Its infusion reveals both sweet and hazelnut notes. An afternoon tea.
