This is the most prestigious of the green teas from the Zhejian province, grown in the Tiyun mountains. Its name means "the Dragon's well", refering to the Chinese legend according to which a dragon brought benefical rains upon the region once upon a time... This gorgeous green tea with leaves folded and dried in copper vats was harvested the imperial way, entirely by hand. The liquor allows complex aromas of dried fruit and roasted chestnut to develop. The Imperial grade, when infused in zhong, yields a highest qulity infusion. A discovery.
